Holiday Party - WatchMe - Evernote - Advanced Google Search - Magical Mystery Tour

Come join us at the December monthly meeting where we'll be having our annual Holiday party with lots of fun, food, and drinks for everyone!

Bruce Mittelman will give a presentation of WatchMe, the small and handy app that allows you to quickly search and download episodes from the most popular series these days. Just input a name and get your episode, in your desired format, with a few clicks!

Mark Astmann will give a demonstration of Evernote, the service that allows you to easily capture information in any environment using whatever device or platform you find most convenient, and makes this information accessible and searchable at anytime, from anywhere.

Jerry Glacken will be teaching you how to use Google advanced search techniques to quickly locate exactly what you are searching for on the Web.

Louis Perez will give another installment of his popular "Magical Mystery Tour of the Web" where he presents a collection of interesting and useful site from around the web. This month's topic will center on "Why Smart Phones Make Us Dumb".

iPhone X - Mug Life - macOS High Sierra - Gurushots.com - Texting in iOS 11

Bruce Mittelman will give a presentation of the Apple's newest iPhone X. Featuring an all-screen design with 5.8-inch Super Retina display, wireless charging, 12MP dual cameras, portrait lighting, Face ID and more, the iPhone X ushers in the next era of the iPhone.

Bruce will also give a demonstration of Mug Life, the iOS app that allows you to instantly create stunning photo-real clones of friends, family, and celebrities. You don't have to be technical or artistic. All it takes is a photo.

George Ajjan will give an overview of all of the new features in Apples' latest operating system, macOS High Sierra.

Geoff Gove will talk about gurushots.com, the fun and interactive way to showcase your photos, improve your skills, gain recognition and earn rewards.

Scott Alenick will give an overview of the new texting features in iOS 11.

Pre-Halloween Party - iOS 11 - Picatext - Apple Wallet - Noise Blockers

Bruce Mittelman will give a presentation of iOS 11, Apple's newest mobile operating system. Bruce will cover all the new features from the new customizable Control Center, Drag and Drop, iPad Dock, Siri improvements, new keyboard features, and so much more.

Jerry Glacken will give a demonstration of Picatext, the easy to use OCR tool that allows you to copy text from images, videos, your screen, etc. This app will teach you to stop typing and start copying.

Catherine Mascis will give an overview of Noise Blockers which help block out distracting noises when you need to work without distractions by concentrating on the sounds instead of the noise around you. Sounds include natural noises as rain and thunder to church bells and spaceship sounds.

Scott Alenick will give an in-depth presentation of Apple Wallet, the app that allows you to keep credit, debit, and prepaid cards, store cards, boarding passes, movie tickets, coupons, reward cards and more in one place.

Plus, as an added bonus, we'll have a little pre-Halloween party with some cake, snacks and drinks for everyone!

Bruce Mittelman will give a demonstration of the Zoto 720p Wi-Fi Endoscope. Bruce will also show you how to easily create a personalized email signature using si.natu.re.

Mark Astmann will discuss how to set up automatic backups using Automator.

Plus we be taking about all the news and product annoucements from Apple's September 12th conference.

George Ajjan will give another installment of "Three Things To Know On Your Mac" in which he'll show interesting tips and tricks that anyone can use to improve their Macintosh workflows.
