Amazon Echo - BitTorrent Sync - Business Card Composer - Google Photos - iUSBport Camera2

Bruce Mittelman will give demonstrations of the Amazon Echo and iUSBportCAMERA. The iUSBportCAMERA allows you to wirelessly tether your digital SLR camera to your smartphone or computer. It pairs with the iUSBportCAMERA app to transform your phone or computer into a wireless remote and preview device. The Amazon Echo is a voice command device with functions like question answering, playing music, weather and news, and controlling smart devices.

Bruce will also give an overview of Google Photos, the photo and video sharing and storage service recently launched by Google.

Scott Alenick will give a demonstration of Business Card Composer, the DIY buisiness card design app for Mac. Business Card Composer allows you to create and print beautiful, professional business cards in just a few easy steps.

Jerry Glacken will give an overview of BitTorrent Sync, the cross-platform, peer-to-peer file synchronization tool. BitTorrent Sync allows users to easily sync files between devices on a local network, or between remote devices over the Internet via a modified version of the BitTorrent protocol.

Bob Helmond will give another installment of his "Macintosh Security Talk" where he discusses current security issues any Mac user needs to know.

Plus we'll be discussing all the latest news and products announced at the Apple Worldwide Developer Conference.

Bruce Mittelman will give a demonstration of the Apple Watch. The Apple Watch is a smartwatch which incorporates fitness tracking, health-oriented capabilities as well as integrates with iOS and other Apple products and services.

George Ajjan will demonstrate 2 useful programs for the Mac: SnapNDrag and QT Sync. SnapNDrag is a powerful screenshot tool that helps you quickly annotate, organize and share your screenshots. QT Sync is a QuickTime movie player, movie sync fixer, timecode inserter, movie ratio changer and much, much more.

Louis Perez will give another installment of his "Magical Mystery Tour of the Web" which explores unique and informative websites. This month's tour will focus on "Podcasts".

Catherine Mascis will give a demonstration on how to extend your Macbook's battery life using an external battery pack

Bruce Mittelman will show you how to easily create your own book using blurb.com's BookSmart application. BookSmart lets easily create professional-quality books. Choose from a wide range of layouts, add photos, text, and graphics, and upload and purchase your copy.

Catherine Mascis will give a brief presentation of Story Mill, the application that makes it easy for writers to fine tune the creative writing process.

Louis Perez will give another installment of his "Magical Mystery Tour of the Web" which explores unique and informative websites. This month's tour will focus on "Interesting Websites".

Bruce Mittelman will give an overview of all of the latest Apple news from the March 9th Apple Event.

Jay Green will give a demonstration on how to create a stationary package using Adobe InDesign. From incorporating graphics with type to creating tables, Jay will show you everything you need to know.

Bob Helmond will give an overview of all of the recent security issues affecting the Mac today.

Jerry Glacken will show you how to secure your Google Gmail account using FIDO U2F security key. By using this two-factor authentication, you can make it much harder for a hacker or other party to access your email account.

Cloud Storage Solutions - Homebrew Cask - Highlights Of CES

Bruce Mittelman will give an overview of several of the more popular cloud storage solutions. Cloud storage has become an integral part of our modern, mobile lives. Having your data stored offsite in the cloud makes it accessible from anywhere and serves as means of backup in case of disaster on your home device. Bruce will show you the more popular cloud based providers and what they have to offer.

Jerry Glacken will give a demonstration of Homebrew Cask, an extension of Homebrew that allows you to easily install GUI Applications via Homebrew. And since Homebrew is a command line utility, scripting your installations is a breeze.

Louis Perez will give another installment in his "Magical Mystery Tour of the Web" series. This month's tour will showcase the "Highlights of the Consumer Electronics Show from Las Vegas".
