Interesting Websites - Repurposing Old Mac Equipment - DAKboard

Bruce Mittelman and Jerry Glacken will each present 4 interesting and useful websites that you should know about.

Scott Alenick will give a demonstration of the DAKboard, the Raspberry Pi powered display for photos, calendar, news, weather and so much more.

Louis Perez will give another installment of his "Magical Mystery Tour of the Web" which focuses on interesting websites related to a specific topic. This month's topic will be "Repurposing Old Mac Hardware Part 2".

Oculus Go - RavPower FileHub - Paprika - Cook'n

Bruce Mittelman will give a demonstration of the Oculus Go virtual reality headset. The Oculus Go is an all-in-one VR headset that is portable and easy to use. It allows you to watch your favorite TV, movies and live events from almost anywhere.

Bruce will also give a demonstration of the RavPower FileHub wireless travel router. The Filehub device enables you to share music, photos, videos and other files with family and friends. It also allows you to back up your latest photos from your camera's SD card.

Scott Alenick will give a presentation on Cook'n, the App that allows you to organize and share all of your personal recipes.

Mark Astmann will give a demonstration of the Papkrika app. Paprika Recipe Manager is a delightfully simple recipe management for everyone: from aspiring cooks to professional chefs. With ingredient scaling, grocery lists and meal planning, Paprika is the perfect kitchen companion. If you love to cook, Paprika will be most useful app you've ever downloaded.
